What you'll receive:
Within 48hrs of receiving your order, we will email you an easy-to-print JPEG and PDF file of your custom chart which will include YOUR practice's logo and contact information.  The artwork file is yours to keep and you may print as many as you wish. One (1) adjustment to the artwork may be made free of charge (ie: logo update).  *Our logo in the background will NOT be visible in the version you receive.
